Return & Refund Policy

15-Day Refund Policy

For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 15 days after the delivery date. 

Refund Process:

1) Email us at alltimemats@gmail.com with the nature of your complaint/issue; (provide pictures if possible).

2) All Time Mats team will respond within 24 hours.

3) We'll have a pre-paid shipping label in 2-3 days, which will be sent to your email.

4) Once the product is arrived to our warehouse, it will be inspected and the refund will be issued.


ORDERING: Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the vehicle details and delivery address are correct when making a purchase. All Time Mats will not be held responsible for any custom made products that don't fit because the car's provided information was incorrect; or for any delivery address mistakes.

Dislike of color or design: As each product is being made specifically for your vehicle, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or color. You are responsible for picking the correct color for your vehicle.

Also, it's important to note that credit card processors (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) will charge us a processing fee of approximately 2.9%. Unfortunately, this fee is non-refundable.
