15-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, eligible undamaged products can be fully refunded within 15 days after the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Refund Process:

Email us at alltimemats@gmail.com with the nature of your complaint or reason for the return, with your order number.
Photos of the product you received are required in order for us to process your return. A short video is even better and can help us process your request faster. Our return system requires photos or a video of the product received in order for a prepaid return shipping label to be generated.
This requirement applies to all return requests, whether the product is defective or non-defective. Please make sure the photos or video clearly show the actual product received, its overall condition, and, where applicable, the issue you are experiencing.

The All Time Mats team will respond within 24 hours.

Once the return request has been reviewed and approved and the required photos or video have been provided, our system will generate a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
We strongly encourage you to take additional photos of the product and package before shipping it back to us in case additional verification is required.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. After the return has been successfully inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be issued.
ORDERING
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all vehicle details and the delivery address are correct when placing an order.
All Time Mats will not be held responsible for custom-made products that do not fit because incorrect vehicle information was provided by the customer, or for orders affected by an incorrect delivery address provided during checkout.
Payment Processing Fees
It is also important to note that credit card processors (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) charge us a processing fee of approximately 2.9%. Unfortunately, this processing fee is non-refundable.
